Our community offers 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units in all nine apartment buildings. You can view floor plans and photo galleries for each type of unit by choosing your desired number of bedrooms under Apartments in the main navigation.
When were the Village on Technology Hill apartment buildings built?
All apartment buildings in the Village on Technology Hill are new construction. Our first building was completed in August 2026 and based our current construction schedule, all nine buildings will be completed in June 2027.
What community amenities are available to residents?
All residents have access to a variety of community amenities, including the village store, dog park, playground, and on-site childcare. Residents can also use the indoor and outdoor community spaces for gatherings, parties, and community events. Fitness amenities at the Village include pickleball and basketball courts, a parcourse fitness trail, and walking trails. In addition to three acres of green spaces, residents can also easily access the Londonderry Rail Trail.
Do all apartments have in-unit laundry?
Our 2- and 3-bedroom apartment floor plans have in-unit laundry. Residents of 1-bedroom apartments have access to on-site shared laundry rooms. Residents can pay for the use of laundry machines through an app that also shows when machines are available.
Do the apartments have access to outdoor spaces?
Yes, residents have access to multiple outdoor spaces throughout the community. The shared function space has a patio, and the Village includes three acres of green space, including the village green. Every apartment also has a private deck.
